Annual General Meeting

The Annual general Meeting where the proceeding year is reviewed, the Accounts are presented for sign-off and there will be a presentation on the activities in 2024, a brief summary of the recent member's survey, and an outline of what is planned for 2025-6.

A new Committee of Directors/Flagbearers will also be elected.

Please come along so that you can influence what the club does in 2025-6.

2. Adoption of the Minutes of the AGM held on 28th February 2024.

5. PEYC recent Survey results and the Club Development Plan.
6. Treasurers Report & adoption of Accounts for year ending 31st October 2024.
7. Update on PEYC Lease.
8. Proposed Subscriptions for 2025-6.
9. Annual Election of Club Directors/Flagbearers.
