Membership Rates

For the remainder of 2024 we have introduced a Winter Membership for £40. This supersedes all categories of membership except Junior membership which remains free. Those joining as Winter members will remain eligible for the First Year Racing discount in 2025 if that is the category they want.

To try out the club, non-members are permitted to sail or join in club activities up to a total of 4 times before they are required to join one of which can be a mentored "Taster Session".

The 2025 Membership year will run from 1 April. Rates will be set at the AGM at end February.

For information Membership Rates for 2024 were:

• First Year Racing Member:   Racing and cruising in dinghies and yachts at Port Edgar  - £80 
• Racing Member: £150 
• Cruising Member:  Club cruises and race up to 4 times a year. £75 
• First Year Family Member:   One adult can race and cruise and the other cruise. Children up to age 18 can race and cruise - £120 
• Family Member £190 
• Student £40 Junior (u18) No charge but at least one parent must be a member.
