Theory and Practise

We encourage our experienced members to pass down their knowledge and experience. In addition to the mentored sailing sessions we also run some mixed learning sessions which combine some shore based learning with on the water practice.

Scot Corrigan runs out our Theory and Practice Sessions on various Saturdays through the summer. You can find more details here. If you have any questions then please email peyc.tps@gmail.com

Neil MacDougall runs a series of 6 707 Practice Sessions in April and May. This is for people that have the equivalent of RYA level 2 keelboat training who are looking to broaden their experience and possibly apply to become a 707 accredited helm which enables you to be able to hire one of our 707's. The 2024 dates can be found here in the calendar. If you would like to apply to join this course please email him
