EuRoBo Mentored Cruise (Competancies)

A sailing session on Eurobo, a 34 ft Ronautica yacht with an experienced mentor.

The plan here is to check out competancies around the boat asking the people to demonstrate the basic skills of taking a club yacht safely out at Port Edgar, covering such topics as knowledge of local hazards, local tides,   sailing skills including reefing, mob, berthing, use of the radio and crew cooperation.

Note, for mentored sessions

• Lifejackets or bouyancy aids MUST be worn. If you have your own, please do bring it.
• Attendees on mentored sessions MUST follow the directions of the mentor.
• Attendees must be over 18, younger sailors will be accepted but MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• You may rebook to another session but MUST inform the mentor and you should not do this less than 48 hrs before the session.
