Skipper's Dinner

16th October, 7:00pm - 10:00pm

This year's PEYC Skipper's Dinner - which is open to all yacht racing skippers and any keen crew - will be held at the clubhouse one week after the last Wednesday evening race.

 As usual there will be a short presentation and discussion of the years racing activity to date and consideration of the possible racing calendar for 2025. This is your opportunity to discuss the yacht racing programme with fellow racers, and the sailing committee. 

Catering will be provided by Fraser (Hock 'n Roll) who provided the excellent breakfast and afternoon nosh at the recent 707 Sprints event.

Would all those wanting to attend please make a booking.  The clubhouse is limited to a max of about 50 folk, so first come first served.

The menu is ……….

Mains

  • Cullen Skink (Traditional Scottish smoked haddock soup), with bread.
  • Venison Stew (Slow-cooked in a rich red wine sauce with root vegetables)
  • Leek, and Mushroom Pie (Creamy, topped with golden puff pastry) with vegetables   (V)

Desserts

  • Apple and Bramble Crumble  
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding  both served with either cream or ice cream
