Cancellation Policy 

If you cancel more than 48 hours before an event start time we will rebook you on a future similarly priced event at your request.      

If you cancel within 48 hours of an event start time, and the event goes ahead as planned, you will be charged in full for the booking.  No rebooking will be made.    

If we cancel the event (i.e. due to weather, or mentor availability) we will rebook you on a future similarly priced event at your request.

It is not possible to rebook a cancelled mentored session via the website yourself.  

Please e-mail PEYC.mentoring@gmail.com confirming the session you would like to be rebooked on, and Club Volunteers will do this as long as places are available.
