Sailing Activities

The main club activities are in Yachting, both racing and cruising and in Dinghy Sailing, both racing and informal "funsails" all set out in the Calendar.  

The club has the use of a 33ft Ronautica sloop - "Eurobo", two Hunter 707 keelboats - Baltika & Apollo and three dinghies.  

To help run these activities we also have an Arvor 21 motorboat and two RIBs.   

As well as regular events, we also offer a range of Practice and Learning activities aimed at improving sailing skills.  These include Mentoring, Coaching, and Courses, such as Theory & Practice Sessions (TPS) and keelboat sailing. 

All the boats and the clubhouse need care and maintenance and all the many activities need managing and administration.  We conduct all this on a voluntary basis, so there are many opportunities for members to Volunteer!  

If you are a member and login, then you'll be able to make bookings and enter events.  If you are not a member, then you will be able to see an overview of what is available in the club and which will hopefully entice you to join !
